Do you mean the secondary belts? It is hard to tell what they are doing from pics, but it looks like they are running dual belts, so if the supercharger belt breaks then the car can run back to the pits. The second belt also appears to be an eight rib belt instead of the six rib belt, so that can help during extreme swings in rpms and with lots of power, so it doesn’t break. They may also be running an increased crank pulley coupled with their smallest supercharger pulley, so they can get more boost. Lastly, they may be running a larger throttle body, so that setup may help with clearance.
