Hyperian: if you are adjusting clutch pedal travel, i'd care more for ensuring for there to be no slight clutch drag when disengaged, as that will make gear engagement harder, and will extra wear clutch/synchros. Don't think that much on pedal adjustment with engaged clutch, most probably there will be more then few cm left for pedal to move up even after fully engaged, so don't adjust/align by pedal's top position (in relation to other pedals for example), rather align with extra care for no drag on disengaged clutch - adjust so that there is some 1.5-2cm of dead travel from fully pressed to clutch grab starting point.
