Romin (earlier in this thread) has had to replace all of them. The left side just seems to go more frequently than the right.

Yep. #1 is passenger front, #2 is driver front, #3 is passenger rear, and #4 is driver rear. I looked it up just to be sure, and found multiple references saying that.
