So I've read this thread and many others and the "101" series on Bob is the Oil Guy.

From what I can read "other than it depends" is that for this particular car:

1. Normal daily / spirited driving = any fully synthentic 0w-20 oil will do
2. For track use ideally you monitor oil pressure and pick one that gives approx 10 psi for every 1,000 rpms.

Has anyone actually done point 2 and got an oil pressure reading with 0w-20 or any other oil for a car being flogged?
