Sorry man, missed responding to your post.
Firstly, what camber settings are you at?
With just lowering springs, these wheels will be a no go, you need coilovers.
I'm on 18x9 +35 on springs and I have only about 4-5mm clearance to the strut spring seat on -2.2 camber. You will be closer by 9mm hence the extra clearance by going on coilovers. As you stated, rears are probably okay but fronts are the issue.
