What REAL difference between eBay Hubcentric spacers made 6061 T6 Forged Aluminum for only $125 (4 spacers) and 2/3 times more expensive eibach, H&R or ICHIBA V2 etc.?

I have these inner tie rods. I paired them with Whiteline's roll center correction ball joint, and bump steer corrected outer tie rods. I origionally ran a 17x9+35 wheel with 215/40/17's. it would rub at full lock when the suspension would compress. (i was also way too low)
I raised the car a bit, added 15mm spacer. (so now 17x9+20) Now I don't rub and prolly have a tad bit more angle.
