In my experience JDL is actually pretty good on delivery times especially with the quality you get from them
I ordered on the 27th of May and got it on 5july but people here I know that ordered the speedfactory uel or the openflashheader on the same date as me are still waiting :p but anyway if you don't like waiting you should get something like a Borla
