Matt Farah mentions it in the comments section:
"They are coming out with a consumer-grade Turbo setup next month, and will release pricing then. This car is currently on ebay with a starting bid at $60k, and Quirt told me that they plan to get 'a little bit less out of it than they have into it.' Granted, this was the first one, so it's probably a lot, but I wouldn't be surprised if $15k got you this exact setup once it's available for sale."
