On the flip side, I sold mt 993 after a couple years for twice what I paid for it. Last weekend a guy offerd me 35k for my '77. I bought it for 12k. You just have too keep them for 30 years.

I bought my daughter a 914 when she turned 16 I paid $1300 for it. She drove it 2 1/2 years and when she graduated, I sold it for $3200
