the LEDs by the fogs probably don't have their own switch, like normal DRL they turn on and off depending on what other lights are on or off, or just always on.
the angel eye LEDs are probably a running light you can turn on with the headlight stalk switch like lots of cars that have a running light position before it actually turns on the headlights.
