Took the time to read your whole post. Next time I advise that if you see someone doing a shitty job (on phone while waxing, buffing, etc.) take a video, and try to get a glimpse of them in their act. His work ethic is unbelievable. I'd suggest copying this post and posting them on other forums as I'm sure he is active on other car forums.
Secondly, I feel so bad for your car man. I freak out with two very minor scratches on my door, I can't imagine how the dents must feel.
I was considering on giving him business somewhere down the line, but now I'm going to make sure people avoid this shop at all costs. The only thing is... do you have any proof this was him? Perhaps a screenshot of an email conversation between the two of you?
