I am also having a few issues.
I bought this second hand and it has been unmarried. when I plug it in to my PC it goes through the "searching for updates". It comes to a point when it says it has found a new software version and says press Okay to start install.
It does this at the same point every time and when I press okay, it starts the whole process again.

I have not yet plugged it into my car as I wanted to make sure I have the latest updates for it before I did.
Any reason this is doing this?
