That's a Camry wheel. So it wasn't designed for the FRS. I couldn't find anything about the specs of that wheel, so you'd have to do a little digging to figure whether or not it'll fit, and what size tire you'd want to keep your speedo right. That's all assuming that Camrys use the same 5x100 bolt pattern. So unless you've done a bunch of reading already, I'd start there.
So the point is, just because this wheel is a TRD wheel, doesn't mean that it'll fit this toyota application like a glove. I think maybe that's what you're looking for.
Edit: quick google informed me that the the wheel you're interested is a 5x114.3 bolt pattern. So, no dice.
