I'm running the small SPC lobed bolts in the lower holes with the stock lower bolts in the upper holes on KW v3's, it maxed out at -3.8*. I dialed it back to -3.2* very easily, the alignment guy loved that he could dial it back with the lobed bolts with the weight of the car on the wheels and not have to roll the car off the lift and bounce it around to settle the suspension again.
