@FunnyGopher If it's just scratched paint, then I would just prep it and cover it up with touch up paint. The paint on the lower panels is not as high of quality as the rest of the car so you don't have to worry about doing a perfect job. Dr. Colorchip makes a good kit that I've used to paint over scratches way larger than it was intended for use and had good results.
