Bypassed the coolant lines going into the throttle body earlier this afternoon. Easy mod that only took a few minutes with some pliers and some shop towels.

Went out for a test run and monitored IAT with the Torque app. Temps seemed about the same when idling and in stop and go traffic but they did seem lower when cruising in 74 degree ambient; the car was peppy and power felt a little bit more consistent, not sure yet if it's placebo effect. The IAT is measured at the MAF sensor so it's pretty inconclusive until I can get an IAT reading at the TB. I'll leave it bypassed since I don't have to worry about it being cold enough to freeze up the TB here.
