Ummm....all superchargers make more boost the faster they turn, ergo
all of them make more boost the faster the engine spins. Positive-displacement types make some boost almost instantly, which cents will never do, but they all still make more when turning faster. They're all air pumps, after all.
Regarding centrifugals - that used to be the stereotype of turbos too, but modern implementations don't have to be that way. You can size them for max boost at low speed and simply bypass when the limit is reached.
