Sorry for my bad English. I didn't mean ceramic coating for the underside. Its something different from paint ceramic coating.
I probably would change it yourself, and then wait until the break in is done at 1000 miles (1600km) for the next change.

As far as the coating or whatever it may be, it sounds like normal sales things where they are just trying to make money.
