I'd like to witness these places where people don't speed. I mean I am only on the road for a couple hours each day but I'd say I see maybe a handful
of drivers each day that actually do stay under posted speed limits and they stick out like a sore thumb. And I live in Florida where everybody comes to retire so
it's not like there aren't a pile of elderly people here. Anybody claiming they don't go over the PSL is BSing so bad, it practically smells through the monitor.
