SBR question: The serially-controlled portion of an AR is the lower receiver, which has nothing to do with the length of the barrel. But, that's what you need when you apply for an SBR stamp, right? Is there anything preventing me from having multiple uppers with different configurations for the same SBR-stamped lower receiver? Say, a 10" barrel and a 20" barrel?
