This is pretty wide for a stock suspension setup. You will poke and also rub on the inside. The 10mm spacers will just give you more poke.

These would fit well if you were lowered and on coilovers:
  • extra tuck from the camber due to the lowering
  • additional inside clearance from the coilovers

and compare others running the same wheel or a different wheel with the same specs. You'll find that most people running 18x9.5 are running a +38 offset and probably everyone is running coilovers.
