NEWS Update:

Dealership said that it was not a cracked ring in the number three cylinder, but a broken direct injector in the number four cylinder. The direct injector isn't covered because it is over 36,000 miles. The service tech says that when he checks the car under the multiport injector, it is fine, but when he switches to direct injections, it gets the shakes.

The cost to repair the direct injector is $1,450
