Just keep in mind that will work for the drivers seat but not 100% for the passenger. We ran into this when we put my seats in.

The passenger seat has the seat senor in it and the car wants it to be plugged in. When we did the resistor in the passenger airbag the car took a few seconds and threw the airbag light and the passenger airbag was set to off. You can not put a resistor in the seat sensor, does not work.

The only way we were able to fix it was to remove the little seat sensor out from under the seat cover. We thought about putting it inside the Evo seat but taking the cover off the evo seat is a lot harder. So we just took it, folded it up and tucked it under the carpet. Now the car throws no lights and the passenger airbag is always on.

I have to keep the seatbelt plugged in to stop the nanny warning so I ordered the techstream software because they said you can shut that off with it.

If I ever get the seats recovered I will have the sensor put in it.

My blog explains it all:
