Vracer111 and I were thinking much along the same lines. This is extremely solid and has a very clean look.
I'm including all the measurements. Mine was done on a mill, but if you're handy with a drillpress it could easily be done that way.
The holes that the Radium bracket mounts to are tapped for 1/4" 20 screws, but they could be drilled the same size as the other holes and nuts could be used.

-1/8" Aluminum Plate (cut to 2.5" x 4.5")
-7/8" Vibration Damping U-Bolts (McMaster Carr PN: 3176T45

I suggest getting the right angle outlet for the catch can. I used the straight outlet and had to angle the the can very slightly so the hose could clear the top of the battery. I'll probably switch at some point but it works for now.
