For fluids either Redline High Temp ATF or the OEM ATF is what we suggest and definitely do a drain/fill every 30k miles. While that will not get all the fluid out due to the fluid stuck in the torque converter, if you do it with your 30k interval changes you will cycle through most of it in 2 or 3 changes.
