I put my Perrin CAI and the silicone inlet hose today!! Taking the bumper off was a little PITA but I was able to manage it with the help from @
DigitalAssasin!! Mad props.
Engine bay looks x10 cleaner, with all those resonators out (I think we counted like 4 resonators) and I didn't care much for the sound generator tube. Also now you can see my light weight crank pulley
Perrin CAI/Inlet hose review:
I'll have a chance to mess around with it more tomorrow, but it definitely put a huge smile on my face! From 4k rpm, you can definitely feel the difference as the car pulls harder, and I don't feel the "struggle" the most people feel with the stock intake. Even with my Invidia N1, I can hear the intake noise from the engine bay, and not the generated sound in the cabin. <3 it!!
