Whiteline did not respond, but I think it would be a bad idea. When installed on the car and in full droop the two outside bushings are the ones allowing the control arm to pivot. Without them I'm not sure how well the arm will move (if at all). The top bushing is squished in the opposite direction, so both would be needed, IMO.
