You mean you don't like making a gear oil mess because the transfer pump sucks and leaks either?
+1 for MT-90. I know people like to use Motul gear 300 but the fact that it was GL-5 spec(technically has additives that make it backwards compatible with GL-4 spec transmissions) just didn't sit well with me. Plus MT-90 is nice and smooth for me in my climate even on cold starts.
