To me, the fan appears to have previously been plugged into the 4 pin slot pointed at by the red lines on the fan housing.
Mostly because of the existing bends in the loose wires.
Then again, those two arrays also look like monolithic plugs with locking arrangements.
Would be a good thing to find the manual to go with the head unit though before depending on random internet advice.
