Great guess! Essentially the C2 fitment is to designate that the top half of the spoke (connecting to the barrel) is slightly convex, while the lower half of the spoke (connecting to the hub) has similar concavity to a Profile 2 wheel.
Here's an example with our VS-5RS:

We'll be updating our site to reflect these profiles for SM-10RS as well.
