It bothers me that there is no consistency in color coding fuel, especially between E85 and diesel, and their respective pump and jerrican colors. I love the color yellow for e85 jerricans but my OCD won't let me get them since I may store diesel in the future and I like to keep things consistent. So I just ended up buying some 1950s military surplus jerricans in old school olive drab and will label them appropriately. It also doesn't bother me to mix up red and green/olive drab cans since gasoline and ethanol are compatible and both considered gas, and the green military cans were mostly used for gasoline anyway.
