The basic layout of the car is great, and it met the approval of Akio Toyoda as a halo sports car, with a vision of creating a 3 model sports car lineup. So now there were 2 sports cars and the third model was to be the least expensive.
Let's say they created all new body panels except the roofline, A pillars, rear quarter are mostly all the same except where the taillights stick out.
Front fenders lowered, new front and rear fascia. New bottom side fascia.Taillights look nicer than best car render, which looks like the uglier option Subaru would have used in past years.
Interior, well the dash follows industry trend to a T. So, usability will improve but the nostalgia and quirkiness and all the "T" Easter eggs gone. This is going mainstream, boys and girls.

Will it succeed? Who f'n knows what will happen but anything and everything going forward should have the ability to go electrified in the future. THAT excites me.
