I had a reaction to that short clip, too, but it differed from yours. Mine was... well.... what's a good word meaning, "The complete and total opposite in every possible way?"
I am completely adverse to anything that screams "Look at me!!! Look at me!!" unless it's a very high level of skill earned though years of dedication or an act of great kindness done without trying to draw attention to one's self. Sooo... ummm.. yeah. I have a tough time in today's world.
