No, this is far worse. If you don't know of it, it's a colorless, odorless chemical with a number of used including cooling industrial equipment, stripping paint, enhancing agricultural growth, and fire suppression.
Some of the fun bits: Inhaling it has been known to cause suffocation, and prolonged exposure can cause severe tissue damage. It's also extremely corrosive and discarded quantities do millions of dollars in damage to infrastructure every year. Due to not being a controlled substance, some ingest it in small doses to enhance performance. There's no test for it, so anyone could be on it and you wouldn't know.
