I have about 2k on it since the pan cleaning and about 4k since the work was done. I don't drive it gently (most of the time).

The damage from oil starvation doesn't go away.
Make sure they wrote on your receipt that the oil pickup was clogged, so that when your engine DOES fail prematurely, you have a record of it.
