Back in the 60's, I was well on my way to a masters degree when Uncle Sam said to me that I had to take the last ROTC course and graduate and accept my commission OR they were going to draft my ass and put me in the Army as a private - 
So, the MBA program is your call - think about it -

You know that I listen to your wise words.. I'm reading between the lines here, sounds like having a Masters does get you a 'get out of jail' card.
