I purchased a Reference 450Q almost two years ago and am considering replacing the stock Scion 2016 head unit with the Pioneer AVH-ZL5150 unit outlined in this thread:

Can the 450Q be remapped to this unit even though it not sold in the United States? Would there be better sound quality from the AVH-ZL5150 versus the stock unit?
