I'm using the NuLine Engine Pulley EP075 which is the same as the original size that came with the kit. For a belt I'm using with my 70mm is the Gates K061015RB which is just a teeny bit smaller than the K061015. I tried the K061010 but it barely fits. The K061010HD did not fit and was smaller than the K061010.
Do you have a link to the Ram 5.7 pulley? You only replaced the idler with the Ram 5.7?
