That's the nice thing about the 86 outside the US. You guys get it in trim levels. Here, especially as a Scion, there were no trims, just the car with a few options to tack on, while the BRZ is the more upscale of the two with trim levels and more niceties. The 86 in the US is still the same way as far as I know, but they've increased the option list I think...and bumped the base price up at least a grand.

I like the darker interior, but I also like the FR-S red. I think it went darker to be a bit more "refined" when it went Toyota. Which is why I dislike the stupid fake-aggressive front end. It, even more than the FR-S front end, matches nothing on the rest of the car. Sad that they felt the need to include it, even more annoying how many people like the "new, aggressive look" which is all plastic-fantastic boy-racer bullshit. Eh, whatever.
Tcoat believes that the '18 86 will offer all the bells and whistles as options.
