Your car couldn't start after the tint work.
If you tinted the windshield, was it possible that the tint shop did short-circuit your ECU? Because the ECU is located below the dash near the firewall, the water/solution used during the tint process might drip down pass the gap between the windshield and the top of the dashboard and reach the ECU/harness. Just a thought.
