1) I've opted to have just the PCV catch can since I didn't really find any residue from my crank-case side. This was based on 6k miles of mostly DD, canyon on weekends and 2 track days.
2) As Mike said, as long as you are careful during install. I didn't have any trouble, but better safe than sorry.
3) Have my own custom oil cooler + stock radiator, so can't comment.
4) I've been also interested based on DT's recommendation. I've been experiencing jerky daily driving and have seen the weird MAP fluctuations on my logs, so it maybe beneficial to improve driveability, but I could not justify the price for the tiny bit of hp gain.
