Is the servo supposed to buzz continuously when you turn on ignition? I can move it when I press the gas pedal. I tried starting the car but alas I couldn't get it to start. Still same issue as before. It cranks but doesn't run. This time I had a friend start it and when he did, right before the car died it made this loud pop which I have heard before. Except I saw a quick burst of blue flames. Not sure if that's good or bad. The flames came out of the throttle body. Any idea why?
EDIT: I didnt see the flames before because the throttle body was covered.
