I believe virtually everyone that runs E85 does it with a Flex Fuel kit, so that you can freely swap fuels or mix them, however and whenever you want.

If you're unsure, you can always start with pump gas, and add on the other components later. There's no "additional" work by doing it in two steps, as you don't need to disassemble ANY of the JRSC to get E85 working.
