First off, welcome!
As far as Korean near by, I think your best bet is to head south to Albany/Berkeley or east towards Concord/Wlanut Creek.
As far as reputable "shops", there are quite a few active around here (@The Racers Line and @
Elite Performance, to name a few) but luckily, you have @
WORKS at Sonoma raceway right next door to you.
