Feedback from other autocrossers and trackrats most appreciated.

I'm thinking of taking advantage of the Discount Tire deal and picking up some Star Specs to run in RTR, and I was thinking - why not go with 225 instead of 215.

That in mind, have any of you tried putting 225s on 7" wide wheels? Or does that seem...non-optimal in practice?
