This bolt is loose causing the fender to not stay flush with the door
For the passenger side loosen up this bolt, close the door and carefully push the fender to make it flush, then tighten the bolt.
The driver side is a little more difficult and requires two people, one to tighten the bolt and the other hold the fender in place. If you try to tighten the driver side bolt without holding the fender, the fender will bow out even more.
First loosen the bolt, then have the other person very carefully push on the fender to align it with the door.
Do not push the fender to hard or it will cause a dent ( they are very thin).
Have the person hold the fender in place while you tighten the bolt.
I did this fix last week and it's still flush.

Wow, this was so easy to fix. If I were to do this again, I'm pretty sure I can do it faster than filling up the gas full tank. Thanks for the info!!!
I checked this 2 years ago when this thread was created and my car was perfectly fine then. I just noticed this problem this morning and then remembered this thread. My passenger side was as bad as this picture.
