All right everyone I'm back from my vacation and will be focusing more on this. I've already spoken with the manager at Bent Rim Grill to let them know that we are coming for lunch. I need to let them know a few days in advance though an approximate number of people will be attending so if you know you are coming for sure, post it up here and let me know if you will have a plus 1 or 2 or whatever. They need to make sure they order enough to compensate for the extra people. I'm going over a lengthy PM that @

Also, the manager said we have 2 options for ordering the food. We could have it set up as a catering option with a bunch of food and then divide the total among the number of people coming or everyone can order individually. What do you guys want to do?
