Interesting first post new to the forums. If you are interested in this style of turbo kit, then I would recommend you look into PTuning. Fuel consumption doesn't really change when installing a turbo kit. Toll on the ECU? Every turbo kit sold currently involves flashing the ECU with a new ROM to run the turbo kit.
