ECUtek's base tables are ignition timing VVT on and off. Not sure which would relate to which but I would assume that's what A and B are. Most ROMs I've seen have them both set the same anyway.
The ignition advance table is added to the base timing. The amount is determined by the IAM and FLKC. Google RomRaider IAM and it's there in detail as to how the system works.
