Locking Lug Nuts - Actual Utility?

Did a search on our boards and there isn't much info out on the use of locking nug nuts on aftermarket wheels.

With some of us living in more metropolitan areas (whether it's LA or Bay Area), I'm curious as to see if having a single locking nug nut on each of the four wheels is a good idea? I would hate to come back to my car to find the wheels gone, and my past cars have all had a lock and key for their OEM wheels.
  • Will be on Enkei RPF1s - conical seat like OEM lug nuts
  • No swapping, just one set of wheels/tires

With that being said, are there any sets of 4 locking lug nuts that you all may have had experience with that have proven to hold up well? I hear good things about McGard, but curious about other offerings out there.
